2008 National Cohousing Conference page

The date and location of the 2008 National Cohousing Conference has been determined: June 12 – 15, 2008, at Bentley College in Waltham, MA, 15 minutes west of Boston.
Coho/US has engaged Whitney Schmidt to coordinate the event. Whitney comes to us with a strong background in sales, as well as significant experience in volunteer organizations, fundraising and event planning. She is an OSHA-approved trainer for the construction industry, a home-schooling mom and a cohousing enthusiast. Whitney, her husband Bob, and their two daughters live in Wareham, MA.
Have an idea? The 2008 Conference needs volunteers! Anyone interested in contributing to the program, garnering sponsors, assisting with tours, or supporting the physical event please email Whitney at whitneyschmidt [at] verizon [dot] net. As the event evolves, various talents and interests will be appreciated in making this the best cohousing conference ever. No time for a volunteer commitment? The National Cohousing Conference is a watershed event, but for many of us it’s hard to wait until next June.
