Join others organizing to create an intergenerational co-housing neighborhood in the Concord-Walnut Creek, California, Area.

We are a group of families and individuals already exploring possible sites, cooordinating financing, building and development efforts.

We want to live in a lively community, own our individual dwellings, participate in the design and management of the homes and common facilities. We wish to reduce our "Ecological Footprint" on Planet Earth, while maximizing valuable real estate in the SF Bay Area. We wish to cooperate and thus minimize the time and money we spend on maintaining our homes... We wish to coordinate our sustainable practices...

Contact us for more information.
