We have a dream site in the Sierra foothills, a wooded hillside that runs down to Wolf Creek, with several acres preserved as permanent open space. The site is an easy walk to grocery stores, restaurants, and a health club, plus other retail stores. It is a short bike ride to historic downtown Grass Valley.

Group members include musicians, teachers, a nurse, landscape architect, financial planner, accountant, environmental planner, chiropractor, children, and retirees.

The community will share the site with Wolf Creek Lodge, an active-adult cohousing community.

Construction is expected to begin in the Spring of 2010.
