On the former site of Washington Elementary School, its park-like campus that features 33 private residences and a shared common spaces: Approximately 8,000 square feet. We have 5 different building types that are available a variety of options: lofts, flats, townhomes, single-family homes and the historic Washington Village Elementary School that has been converted into 8 condo units.
