We are forming a cohousing community in the beautiful town of Quincy, in Plumas County, California. Quincy is a wonderful community and place to live, with infinite outdoor recreation opportunities.

We have a site identified (5.13 acres) within walking (and bike path) distance of downtown and all its shopping. In order to move forward and make an offer on the site at this point, we need more members who are committed and who want take risks and be involved from the ground up. If you would like to live in an amazing community while you work towards the goal of cohousing, contact us!

Our group is also considering retrofit cohousing, and we are on the lookout for adjacent homes for sale in downtown Quincy.
