With this project we are creating a vision for the neighborhood of the future that is economical, ecological and eco-friendly. We bring together some best practices from the cohousing model and combine it with current trends so it is sustainable in every sense, physically, socially and financially. We have designed a prototype for an intergenerational village that provides supportive, affordable quality living environments for the rising tide of millennials, single people, women and elders interested in community oriented living.
