Coyote Crossing is a cohousing community built on 5 acres on the west side of Santa Cruz California. We are 16 individuals and families living in 10 houses and 6 duplex units. Some of the houses also have small attached rental units most suitable for a single person. We have a common house where we share meals several times a week as well as community activities.
Currently we have 37 adults and 24 children and teens living here. Our community has been exceptionally stable, as only two units have changed hands in the 11 years we have lived here, so we are only rarely able to welcome new members. We do not currently have any overnight facilities for guests or formal tours, but are happy to answer inquiries by email.
