Create Classified Ad

You may only place cohousing-related classified ads. Payments are processed and all ads screened before publishing. You can choose a low cost ad one with very high impact, or anything in between. (see About Classifieds)

Classified Ad Section-only

  1. Basic, text-only Ad: $25/Month or $250/year (2 mo minimum - $50)
  2. Enhanced Ad: $50/mo or $500/yr - Classified Ad Section, plus other Website Exposure
  3. Enhanced w/1 Section right side: $75/mo or $750/yr if paying upfront.
  4. Enhanced Ad w/2 Sections: $100/mo or $1,000/yr if paying upfront.
  5. Enhanced Ad w/3 Sections: $125/mo or $1,250/yr if paying upfront.
  6. Site-wide Enhanced Ad (3 sections + main home page): $175/mo or $1,750/yr if paying upfront.r
  7. Maximum exposure Enhanced ad (site-wide right side listing + cohousing now! featuring: $200/mo or $2000/yr if paying upfront.
Feature your ENHANCED ad in Cohousing NOW! for $25/month (in addition to the above charges). Cohousing NOW! is our email broadcasted newsletter sent to ~7600 members. Minimum of 1 issue per month is included.

Refund policy: All sales are final. No refunds. Credit toward future advertising may be considered.

Duration is set by your Start and Stop Dates. To determine your cost, multiply Per-Month Cost (above) times number of Months. You'll need to enter this number on the secure transaction payment form (next page). Minimum charge is $50.

Enhanced Ad Placement Options
To improve your ad's effectiveness, you can make it an Enhanced Ad or even place it on many of the pages outside of the Classified Ad section.

Your Enhanced Ad includes a free Photo and free Directory Record link (see About Classified Ads page for more detail).
Maximum file size: 50 MB
Allowed extensions: png gif jpg jpeg
Images larger than 400x400 pixels will be scaled
One photo or image only, in JPEG or GIF format. Total image area is limited to 400x400 pixels, maximum.
Enter the number at the end of the URL for your Cohousing Directory's Community Record. For example, the Directory Record for Milagro Cohousing is 2460
For the added charge of $25/mo. you can select placement in the section of your choice (check one of the three available sections). For a total cost of $125/mo., your ad headline can appear featured on the right side in all three sections (check all three) and for $175/mo. your ad headline is featured on the right side of the whole site. AVAILABLE FOR ENHANCED ADS ONLY.
Cohousing Now! is our email broadcasted newsletter that reaches over 7000 members. Choosing this option means a direct link to your ad will be delivered to Cohousing Now! subscribers. On sale for $25 per month. Available ONLY with ENHANCED AD packages .
