If you are running an enhanced classified ad, you can include a link to that ad in our monthly email broadcast to over 6,000 members for an additional $25 per month.

Please note: Email broadcasting service is only available to groups in the Cohousing Directory and professionals in the Featured Professionals Directory(and groups working with them).

Standard Production Schedule: Because research shows that email broadcasts have the best read rate on Tuesday mornings, we will schedule all email broadcasts to be sent on Tuesday mornings. In Order to preserve our subscriber data base, email broadcasts will be limited to one broadcast per region per week. Text only emails are due by end of day (EST) on Thursday the week before delivery date, Custom broadcast submissions are due end of day (EST) on the Wednesday before delivery date. Accelerated production schedules may be possible pending staff availability but the minimum turn around time required is 2 business days.

Basic Text-Only Broadcasts

Basic Text Only Broadcasts contain only text (no graphic or html coding) and can only be sent to our preset regions. The cost for this service is $30 for the first region and $25 per region after that. (all 5 regions listed below, $130). Text only email broadcasts must be submitted by end of day Thursday, in order to go out the following Tuesday. To submit a mailing, please click here.

Custom Email Broadcasts

Custom mailings include text and html design and graphics to any of our preset regions for $30 for the first region and $25 per region after that + $50 layout fee which includes the first hour of any required design/production work, with additional time available at added cost of $50 per hour. (You will be notified if your layout would require additional time). (Cost example: all 5 regions listed below, $30 + 4 x $25 + $50 = $180). You have the option to send to a customized list of states for an additional $25 fee. Custom broadcasts must be submitted by end of day Wed. in order to meet our production schedule for the following Tuesday morning delivery. To submit a mailing, please click here.
