Tenant will have the option of participating in the community's food program which includes dinner four times per week, breakfast on Saturdays and the privilege of drawing anything from the community pantry.

Rent: $680 per month, which includes basic utilities (heat, lights, water, garbage). Renter also pays a $25/month community renters fee, payable to association.

Deposit: $275 - refundable upon completion of the lease if no damage is done to the unit or property. Full month's rent due upon move-in - second month's rent pro-rated depending on move-in date. References required.
