CoHousing Partners is a full service cohousing development and consulting firm specializing in the unique needs of cohousing groups. Founded by Katie McCamant (McCamant & Durrett Architects/The CoHousing Company) and Jim Leach (Wonderland Hill Development Company), we provide project management, development consulting services, and workshops to groups in all phases of creating your community from initial workshops, to site feasibility and acquisition, financing and marketing strategies, day-to-day project management, and construction management. Between Katie and Jim, they have 35 years of cohousing development experience having worked with dozens of successful cohousing communities. We worked with urban, small town, and rural properties, including infill sites as part of larger master plan communities. We’ve also worked with small infill retrofit communities.
