Tucson's newest cohousing community

We're planning a mixed-use, multi-generational, cohousing neighborhood that values and builds strong social networks, practices inclusiveness and collaboration, and is designed for environmental sustainability.

Our group is now recruiting members to join us in forming a diverse urban community in Tucson. We're planning a blend of residential and small commercial enterprises, a small number of supported homes, live-work home designs, energy-efficient homes and community building, and a sustainable landscape plan.

Tucson lies in a beautiful desert valley surrounded by mountains, is ideal for active people, has 350 days of sun each year, has a world-class university, active theater, and 3 existing cohousing communities.
