You will need to have a login in on the site in order to view the number of times your ad has been read. Once you log in, and view your ad, you will see the number of reads for your ad on the lower left side of your ad near the bottom of your ad. This number is the total number of times your ad was read since the ad has been posted.

The higher your ad's exposure on the site, the more likely it will be seen by those interested in it.

You can keep your own statistics by tracking the date and the number of reads for your ad. If you have your website address in your ad, you might be able to gather statistics on that link from tools like google analytics, etc.
