Location and Surroundings
Nestled at the foot of the Tucson Mountains with plenty of hiking trails and biking opportunities, yet also just a short drive to downtown Tucson, with entertainment, restaurants, and retail. The University of Arizona and University Medical Center are about 15 minutes away. Located conveniently off of I-10 at Grant Road and Silverbell. A major grocery store, restaurants, pharmacy, bank and hardware store are less than 2 miles away.

Terms of Rental Agreement
Home has a self-contained one bed studio in the backyard that is occupied by a single tenant. Tenant is quiet and self-sufficient. They do not share the main home, only the backyard and they have a separate courtyard and gated entrance. Home includes two covered carports, both of which are available for the main house tenants. One of the carports also has a lockable and weatherproof carport closet for storage, which the main house tenants will have exclusive access to. Neighborhood is a walking community, meaning everyone parks in a central parking lot and walks into the community. This makes for a much quieter and interpersonal community. It is also safer for the many kids running and playing.
