Going Street Commons is a future development of 11 certified Passive House homes on 1.3 acres in Northeast Portland’s Cully neighborhood. Inspired, designed and built for a Zero Energy future, GSC will serve as a model for building durable, comfortable, healthy and extremely energy efficient homes that respect people, communities, and the built and natural environment.
Located in the Cully neighborhood of NE Portland, the lot is currently occupied by a vacant home and garage. Large groves of Douglas Fir trees dot the property and plenty of open space and solar access is available. The lot is located nearby the Rigler School and the new Khunamokwst Park.
Going Street is a bike friendly and walkable street, home to both large and small lots, including similar condo style developments. Nearby 42nd Ave offers restaurants and bars, a butcher shop, bakeries, shops and services. The lot is approximately 15 minutes drive to downtown Portland and 20 minutes from the Portland International Airport.
The homes are approximately 1800 sqft and have 3 bedrooms, and 2.5 baths with a large flex space. The first floor of all the units are designed with universal design strategies, and feature a bed/bath ensuite on the first floor.
