In addition to the other sections of this website, especially the monthly issues of our online magazine, the following pages offer a wide range of worthwhile resources to further address questions about cohousing:

Professional directory

These professionals have demonstrated experience with cohousing. They have worked on at least one completed cohousing project and are capable of improving the chances of a forming group actually building and becoming an established community - or to improve the function of a living community.

Regional groups

While the Cohousing Association of the United States (Coho/US) does not have regional chapters, it does encourage and support regional collaborations to enrich existing communities and encourage the creation of new cohousing neighborhoods.

For the media

News reporters and writers interested in covering cohousing as a national phenomenon will find a range of resources here.

Cohousing list-serve

Our lively email discussion group (Cohousing-L) serves more than 600 participants who live in cohousing, are exploring cohousing, or are forming new communities. A searchable archive is available.

Related resources

This section offers a range of cohousing-related books, useful websites and links to the national and international organizations that promote cohousing and the larger communities movement.
