Two energy-efficient townhouses are available at East Village, a 32-unit cohousing community. Both available homes are new and have 1,111 square feet of living space plus a full basement. Each home has a mudroom, porch, large private deck, and upstairs and downstairs bathrooms. Unit #22 has 3 bedrooms and Unit #26 has 2 bedrooms and a den. Our common house is 5,000 square feet and includes a living room, kitchen, dining room, outdoor terrace, and laundry room. There are three to four common dinners per week.
