Jan 31, 2021: #144 Let’s tell the world about Cohousing!
I challenge each and every one of us to tell someone about our lives in cohousing. It has
become increasingly apparent to many people just how important it is to have a sense of
community. Those that experience that type of connection and collaboration often feel an
increased happiness and overall less loneliness. There are many types of groupings with
shared interests or commonalities, but choosing to live ‘with’ each other in cohousing is a
relatively small percentage of the population. But don’t you think, that if more people knew
about cohousing, that more people would choose it?
Telling the world about cohousing could happen in a variety of opportunities
post about a community experience on your social media
explain it when you introduce yourself to a new group
write an editorial/article for your local newspaper
describe it when you’re chatting with someone at the playground or dog park
Tell all your friends, your family, your acquaintances! Shout from the rooftops!
Let’s all tell the world about Cohousing!
