We will be leaving our home for 6 months in April and would like to rent it out for a minimum of 1 month and for up to 6 months. It was rented out already and the renters just left because they had an emergency with family member back in Medford,, Oregon. If you are getting ready to retire or can work remotely online and even have a family, this may be the place for you. Come and check it out. Lake Chapala is an amazing place to live and our community is growing. We have 10 households at this time and will grow to over 30 eventually and are across the street from the largest lake in Mexico with a new dock that we can use if we so choose. We are a mix of Expats and Mexicans and get along very well with the larger community. Most people that come visit never want to leave. This is a beautiful community with a large salt water swimming pool and hot tub.

Included in the rent are all utilities, a maid that comes every 2 weeks and a gardener that comes every week.
