We are delighted to introduce you to 4th Corner Commons, northwest Washington’s newest cohousing community. Highly respected cohousing professionals have teamed with a core group of committed members to move quickly to develop this community… a sustainable community focused on deeper connections and a rich sense of belonging.

The location of our developing cohousing community is nestled in an historical neighborhood less than a half mile from the city center. With a walk score of 91 and a bike score of 99 our location can’t be beat. Neighborhood coffee shops and restaurants, the oldest park in Bellingham, and beautiful old homes are just steps away.

The city of Bellingham is considered by many to be one of Washington State’s best small cities. With a population just topping 95,000 people, it is home to Western Washington University and is known as a place where it is easy to live a healthy life-style. For those who crave outdoor adventure, Bellingham’s location on the shores of Bellingham Bay and proximity to the beautiful North Cascade Mountains offers endless opportunities for hiking, skiing, kayaking, and cycling. Even the non-sporty can simply go for a walk and take in the amazing farmer’s market, where you’ll find locally grown food and a selection of craft beers.

Though the setting is abundant in natural beauty and cultural resources, we haven’t lost sight of the most important element: the coming together as a community to create and build an intentional neighborhood focused on living well together.
