Gratitude Village Colorado is a NetZero, fully accessible, multigenerational cohousing community forming now in Denver! We’re developing 24-56 homes designed to live with purpose, with people and with the planet in mind. Up to half of our units will be permanently affordable to support seniors, families, first-time homebuyers, adults with disabilities . Currently we have 13 Founding Households and 19 Exploring Households representing 65 individuals ages 10 months to 79.
We’re building more than homes—we’re building a community rooted in connection, accessibility and sustainability. All homes will be NetZero, built to Passive House standards and designed from the start with universal design principles to support aging in place and inclusive living. Shared spaces will include a vibrant common house, gardens and greenhouse, playground, guest rooms, coworking space and more.
We held our Get It Built Workshop in January 2026 and are seeking 5-10 additional Founding Households to co-create the design, governance and spirit of this flagship community.
