Gratitude Village Colorado is a NetZero, multigenerational cohousing community forming now on Denver’s west side. We’re creating 56 — including up to 28 permanently affordable units—designed for seniors, families, first-time homebuyers, adults with disabilities and others who want to live with purpose, with people and with the planet in mind.

We’re building more than homes—we’re building a community rooted in connection, accessibility and sustainability. All homes will be NetZero, built to Passive House standards and designed from the start with universal design principles to support aging in place and inclusive living. Shared spaces will include a vibrant common house, gardens and greenhouse, playground, guest rooms, coworking space, and more.

We are currently seeking Founding Members to co-create the design, governance, and spirit of this flagship community.
