We enjoy a great location – directly across from the University of Vermont (UVM) campus and the UVM Medical Center and abutting to UVM’s 68 acre Centennial Woods nature preserve. We are about a mile and a half from Church Street, Lake Champlain, and downtown. Burlington is a fun, progressive small city with numerous shops, restaurants, services, and public events.
This apartment is a very well maintained corner unit flat style condo. There are many windows facing South and East. There are two spacious bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a Murphy bed installed. Both bedrooms have large closets. The bedroom with the Murphy bed has additional built in book shelves and shelving/drawers in the closet. The focal point of the apartment is the large open kitchen, dining and living area with lots of sunlight and views. There is a large built-in bookshelf that fills an entire wall. The kitchen includes an island, attractive tile back splash, and standard appliances including a dishwasher with ample cabinet space. It also has a slate floor.
