The community was built in 2022 and is filled with wonderful caring people. This is a bright second-floor condo with a balcony looking out over the community while the bedrooms look out over trees and meadow. The riverside bike path is 30 steps away and it’s a 10 minute bike ride to downtown Eugene along the river.

While the condo offers privacy there is also use of the common house with a common kitchen and dining hall, cozy fireplace lounge, crafts room, music room, and two rooms for visiting friends if needed. River Song is a cohousing community focused on connection and shared living. We have common meals several times a week and lots of places for kids (and adults) to play. Eugene’s a great town—it is the home of the University of Oregon. So there is a youthful vitality to it with lots of entertainment. It is an hour to the coast and and hour and a half to the mountains and lots of beautiful pacific northwest nature nearby. The Saturday Market and holiday market is very special. There is a Country Fair each summer that can't be beat. Downtown Eugene has great food and music.
