Trillium Hollow Cohousing Neighborhood is a vibrant multigenerational community of 29 households where members exchange support, work together to maintain the buildings and grounds, share meals and socialize. We welcome diversity and encourage ecological responsibility. We are self-governed and make decisions by consensus. Our Common House includes a large dining room and kitchen, sun room, two young children's playrooms, two guest rooms with baths, and a large well-equipped workshop with shared tools for community and individual projects. Outdoor amenities include a central courtyard for relaxing, container gardening, and summer meals, play structure, herb/vegetable garden and composting, sauna and hot tub, and stream and woods in our backyard wilderness area.
