We are building a cohousing community that combines a 40-home walkable village with 240 acres of farmland and forest near Arlington, WA, about 1 hour north of Seattle. You do not need to be a farmer to own a home, but core to our mission is supporting small-scale, regenerative commercial agriculture. Already the land is home to a dozen permaculture farms, including several CSA vegetable farms, a medicinal herbs farm, pigs, chickens, ducks, U-pick berries, basketry willows, and more.
