We’re creating the first senior cohousing community in central Maryland!
We are creating a community of 32 accessible condos and large common space, to be built sustainably and provide the perfect balance between privacy and interdependence.
Our intended site is within an easy walk to shops, cafes and a large grocery store. Baltimore offers world-class healthcare, a vibrant arts and theater scene, lots of museums, quirky events, many colleges and universities, and professional sports teams. Nearby recreational opportunities include hiking, horseback riding, and boating.
Our location is close to Johns Hopkins University and close to mass transit. Joining us now means being part of the design process and receiving seniority in unit selection.
Guided by cohousing's cofounder in North America, Katie McCamant of CoHousing Solutions, Inc., we anticipate a 2028 occupancy.
