As we dive into spring, we're thrilled to share some exciting updates about Blue Columbine Cohousing! Our community planning is moving full throttle, and progress is happening swiftly.

Here's a glimpse of what’s new:
- We're nearing the final stages of design review. Just a few tweaks are needed before we submit the final design.
- We are hosting Unit Design Workshops, where members are adding the finishing touches to all the model floor plans.
- With floor plans and the Schematic Design done, we're on track for the MLS listing. Soon everyone will see our beautifully designed community.
