Experience living in an established cohousing community nestled in beautiful forested land yet close to our small town center of Northampton MA, 2 hours west of Boston. Our area has a vibrant arts and music scene year-round, partly thanks to so many area colleges.
Our cohousing community is multi-generational and warm and friendly. We have common meals on most Sundays but less often in summer.

My husband and I live in the same home as the available studio. Rental is for a minimum of 30 days or ideally 3 months or up to 9 months.

You get the whole 3rd floor to yourself. It includes a beautiful master suite with large bedroom and large bathroom, and large windows that face beautiful forest views. Your furnished space has plenty of room for seating, work station, kitchenette, stretching out, and a large closet. You'll also have access to our kitchen, laundry area and screened porch, and we will share the main entrance.

I work from home in my 2nd floor office.
We are hopeful of being mutually respectful and communicative about quiet and use of shared areas.

We back up to forested conservation land with walking trails. It's beautiful and quiet.

It's a 5-minute drive, 10-minute bike ride, or 45-minute walk to the center of Northampton. Also 12-minute bike ride to coop grocery store.
