John Nichols has been an international keynote speaker with regular appearances on radio and tv shows for his progressive commentary. He has written pioneering articles and books including being the national-affairs correspondent for The Nation and associate editor of Madison’s The Capitol Times.
John has authored many books, including People Get Ready: The Fight Against a Jobless Economy and a Citizenless Democracy (2016). His pieces have been circulated internationally, quoted in numerous books, and mentioned in debates on the floor of Congress.
John’s commentary earned him recognition as having the ‘sharpest sword of our times’ from one of his peers.
John will speak on cohousing’s place in a growing housing crisis, and how collective housing can be a key bulwark against many of the social issues that face our society today.
