Why I'm interested:

I want to find an active community, with a diverse population, and a community garden. I will be downsizing in a few years, and would like to find the right group to move to. I am interested in communities at any stage of development. I love animals, so I need someplace they would also be welcomed.

Other information:

I'm a young 59 year old, single female. I currently live in Los Angeles. I am socially and politically active. I'm looking for a home in the 250,000-400,000, preferably detached or semi-detached 3 bedroom.
