Description:
We are committed to being Marin Counties first intergenerational cohousing community. We are in the entitlement phase of our community development. Currently we are a committed group of 16 households and will have 32 units with an additional number of one bedroom rentals we believe. We have designed two to four bedroom townhouse and flats. We are actively searching out families (defined as any household with children under 16 in 2020) and we have a couple of non family units unspoken for at this time ( 6/19). We are interested in people who are interested in our committed neighborliness and we hope you will visit our site to see our progress!
