Why I'm interested:

i see the potential for not only fast tracking financial freedom, but also the shared acquisition of wealth. I'm very skilled in the trades. i know how to build a house from the foundation to the roof. i spend a lot of time thinking about how we could cut costs on construction. I'm also very mechanically inclined, & I've spent alot of time trimming trees. Yes, that means i know how to climb and cut down. I know of a way to clear land for practically free, perhaps even profit some. I would likely be the maintenance man/mechanic/project builder fella. i think the highest aspiration of a commune should be to form a template for success and spread it far and wide. holler at me with questions, ideas or what have you.... go on now, SEND IT!
