Why I'm interested:

I'd like to invest in the property funding and/ or design phases. Or contribute in creative ways. I'm interested in starting/ founding a facility that is urban with a garden. Repurposing an industrial building also makes sense to reduce waste and reduce costs possibly. Location includes Sacramento Downtown or in Carmichael, or nearby locations.

Other information:

I'm a creative professional with a family. I create films and other projects professionally and have for 15 to 20 years. I'd be open to talking more if you have a project in the works or simply the idea to start a co-housing project.
