Description:
We are a self-managed, self-directed intentional community. We will design and build our homes in order to live independently, and we will co-own a community house and grounds, supporting both privacy and rich social connections. We are united and guided by shared core values and our desire to form an over-55 neighborhood that is caring, environmentally sustainable, diverse, egalitarian—and fun!
We are currently working with Katie McCamant of Cohousing Solutions to help us move toward our cohousing community.
