Why I'm interested:

We are very interested in senior co-housing and I have taken the SG1-Successful Aging facilitator course which has only strengthened my committment to aging in community. Much better option than aging alone in our home or moving to a corporate-owned retirement facility.

Other information:

I would be happy to facilitate the SG1 course and/or be involved in the development of a community within an hour or two from Charlotte. Open to urban, suburban or rural and senior or intergenerational. So many options in the RDU area but none here so anxious to get something started! We live in fort mill and love walking to restaurants, breweries, shops, public concerts/festivals etc. We don't have land but have identified some possibiltie here. But we are open to other suburbs such as belmont, matthews, waxhaw, etc. We need cohousing here!!
