Emerson Commons will be the first all-solar community in Virginia, with each home having solar panels. Rooftop terraces and decks provide views of the creek below for some homes and mountain views for others. The houses features 9’+ ceilings throughout and plentiful and large casement windows. The expected finish dates of remaining homes are August 2019 – March 2020.

Crozet is located near the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Surrounded by natural beauty, it is home to three parks, four lakes and an extensive network of hiking trails.
