Emerson Commons will be the first all-solar community in Virginia, with each home having solar panels. The expected finish dates of remaining homes are August 2019 – March 2020.

Crozet is located near the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Surrounded by natural beauty, it is home to three parks, four lakes and an extensive network of hiking trails. Emerson Commons is just one mile from downtown Crozet. Crozet includes new urbanist neighborhoods and new infrastructure like a beautiful new library.
