Interested in joining a community that is already established, or creating a new community in the northern Midwest (anywhere that is lush, green, close to a great lake, is not unbearably hot all summer), St. Louis MO (my hometown), or Sacramento CA (my current town). I am a huge gardener and would love a place with communal gardens, orchards, etc.
