The 3,000 sqft common house offers a large kitchen, lounge, game area, laundry, and two guest suites, while outdoor spaces provide play areas, walking paths, and a meditation hut. We are minutes from downtown Spokane and a short walk from the heart of the South Perry neighborhood, which has restaurants, shops, a large park, and a farmers’ market.
