Hope Family Village is located in beautiful and historic Williamsburg, Virginia adjacent to the oldest mental health facility, Eastern State Hospital, and our local community mental health provider and partner, Colonial Behaviorial Health on 30+ acres of donated, state owned surplus property. We have completed our site concept and Common House design and anticipate completing our private home design by the the spring of 2025 for 25 single family homes plus two Fairweather Lodges that will include 4 rental bedrooms each. We are delighted to be working with local architects as well as our experts in cohousing design, Studio Co+Hab. Although we have not broken ground yet, we do host monthly Family Potluck Dinners to plan and to share updates.
