Description:
A microvillage is forming in the suburbs of Kent, Washington. We envision a community where families are supported – where the young and young at heart can form friendships around a meal, in the garden, or across board games when the Seattle drizzle doesn’t allow for much fun outside. We have our own personal lives, but living in community makes life easier and more fun.
Situated near an elementary school and a middle school, the community spans a quarter acre and is comprised of 3-5 units with private kitchen and baths. Shared spaces will include a common room that can serve as a guest room or play area, as well as ample outdoor space with fruit trees and space for chickens & other furry friends.
