Nubanusit Neighborhood and Farm is a family-friendly co-housing Community in Peterborough, New Hampshire. We are families, couples and individuals with a mission to work together to nurture and support each other and the land on which we live. Our condo homes are ‘green’ – environmentally designed, quality built and super energy-efficient. Our homes are clustered along pedestrian pathways adjacent to our farm fields and the Nubanusit Brook. We share 113 acres of farm fields and woodlands with trails, a pond for swimming and skating, and nearly a mile of of riverfront. We hope you’ll visit and get to know us.
