Description:

This is just in the idea phase. I am looking for like-minded people interested in living lightly on the land. This area is slated for development, and I’m trying to preserve the integrity of this 52-acre property. There are two ponds on the property, a funky dance barn, a small farm house, and a partially restored stone barn that had burned down years ago. My intent is for 15-25 units. Zoning would have to be changed in order to move forward. A 25-30-house subdivision will be going in on the land adjacent to my property. While I’m sad about the loss of habitat, it does set a precedent with the city of Oklahoma City for development and re-zoning.
