Riverhaven is a forming intergenerational cohousing community near the scenic Kenai River in Soldotna, Alaska. Our vision emphasizes longevity, wellness, and Blue Zone principles, creating a vibrant and supportive living environment for people of all ages.

Once complete, Riverhaven will feature independent living units, each thoughtfully designed with private entrances, bathrooms, cooking spaces, and single-car garages. Shared community spaces will include a communal kitchen, dining, and living area, gardening facilities, and walking trails through beautiful parkland.

Our mission is to create a close-knit, cooperative community that fosters connection, wellness, and environmental stewardship. As a co-op corporation, residents will purchase shares, enabling everyone to have a stake in shaping and sustaining this intentional living space.
