Schemata Workshop is a Seattle-based architecture firm celebrating 20 years of empowering communities through architecture and design. We provide full architecture and urban design services on new and renovation projects – from concept through construction. Our clients benefit from extensive research and applied knowledge of environmental, social, housing and urban design issues to build an expansive range of diverse projects. Completed Cohousing projects include Capitol Hill Urban Cohousing in Seattle, WA, Daybreak Cohousing in Portland, OR, Skagit Cohousing in Anacortes, WA, Adams Creek Cohousing in Hood River, OR (programming and schematic design), and Sunnyside Village Cohousing in Marysville, WA (opening in 2025).
