Description:
The School of Life consists of 2 family style dwellings next to each other in suburban Bethesda-Chevy Chase Maryland. Our lifestyle is based on Yoga and the Essene Way. We strive to create a supportive place where people can experience a quiet, holistic lifestyle based on timeless, universal spiritual principles and attunement to nature, free of drugs, meat, alcohol. We prepare a meal for the homeless every week which we serve in downtown DC, and operate a Biodynamic & Organic Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program. We also teach hatha yoga and applied yoga philosophy classes, as well as spiritual study groups.
