Why I'm interested:

I want to live more sustainably and in a diverse (age, income, ethnicity, family structure, spiritual) community where connection and engagement are integral to the design.

Other information:

I have been researching cohousing communities since 2016 and haven't found the ideal mix I am looking for despite visiting nearly a dozen communities so I would like to create a suburban-infill, net zero, multi-generational community here along the front range of Colorado (between Loveland and Monument). I am looking for others who would like to join me on this adventure with a goal of moving in by 2030.
