We are a vibrant, diverse cohousing community made up of folks of all ages from all over the country and beyond. What we have in common is a desire to be part of Durham, North Carolina’s vibrant urban scene and lead a wonderful lifestyle based on mutual support, shared resources, and a sustainable community. Our soon-to-be home is a five-story building with 23 units designed and developed by Architect Ellen Weinstein (www.wfarchitecture.com). We are under construction and expect to move in Fall 2021.
