We’re a group of individuals and families who have come together to build an extraordinary life together. The one thing we all have in common is a desire to know our neighbors. The Rachel Carson EcoVillage will be a multi-generational community that includes young families, retiring boomers, and people from as many cultures and backgrounds as possible.

Our site is located 20 miles north of Pittsburgh in Gibsonia on Chatham University’s Eden Hall campus, the home of the Falk School of Sustainability and Environment. There we will have opportunities to participate in campus activities, have access to campus amenities and be able to contribute to the university’s advancement of sustainability.
