Aria Cohousing is a multigenerational community of 28 units in a renovated 1950s convent building close to downtown Denver, Colorado.  It is in the midst of the larger Aria/Denver community of apartments, townhomes and condominiums. We have interior community spaces which include a kitchen, dining room, multipurpose room, guest suite, laundry space and library/sunroom.  A portico and south-facing front court is surrounded by fruit trees and landscaping. There is a north-facing patio with a BBQ, outdoor tables, annual flowers and our private outdoor parking area.  Beyond these amenities is the Aria/Denver family green, a playground and pet green area.
